- Six monthly qualifying rounds on Lake Huites, Mexico have been
scheduled for October 05 thru March 06.
- The winners of the six qualifying rounds will return to Lake
Huites, all expenses paid*, to fish
the “Grande Championship” in late May or early June
of 2006.
- The winner of the “Grande Championship” will receive
a free* return entry to the 06-07 “Big
Bass Challenge” plus the “Fishing Trip of a Lifetime”
to Brazil for an Amazon Fishing Adventure in search of Mr. Bad
Attitude…The Explosive Peacock Bass.
- The Big Bass Challenge continues in Brazil, not against other
anglers…but against what many call “the fiercest game
fish on the planet”…the Challenging Peacock Bass.
- The “Grande Championship” and the Peacock Bass action
in Brazil will be filmed by Bassin’ Mexico for the Men’s
Channel and by Sportsman’s Heritage for Fox Sports Net AZ.
- Additional prizes and awards provided by our fine sponsors will
be presented to the 2nd and 3rd place finishers of the monthly
qualifying rounds and the Grande Championship.
- NO ENTRY FEE is required to participate in the “Big Bass
Challenge” however, every angler who wishes to participate
must register prior to their fist day of fishing and bring a roll
of Polaroid film to Trophy Bass Lodge.
